Prerequisites
Participants of all ages must sign and complete the following forms:
Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk

Be 10 years of age or older before the start of the course.

Course overview
The PADI Scuba Diver Course is a sub course within the PADI Open Water Diver Course. It opens diving to those individuals with time constraints.
All standards that apply to student divers in the PADI Open Water Diver Course apply to student divers in the PADI Scuba Diver Course, with the following exceptions:
certification requires successful completion of only the first 3 knowledge development and confined water segments followed by the first two open water dives.
 
PADI Scuba Divers are qualified to:
Dive under the direct supervision of a qualified PADI Divemaster or above within the limits of their training        and experience .
Dive to a maximum depth of 12m.
PADI Open Water Divers are qualified to:
Dive with a buddy independent of supervision while applying the knowledge and skills they learn in this       course, within the limits of their training and experience.
Obtain airfills, scuba equipment and other services .
Plan, conduct and log open water no stop dives when properly equipped and when accompanied by a         buddy in conditions that they have either had training or experience.

Dive to a maximum depth of 18m.
